QR Park is the consumer-facing brand of QR Management Group Sp. z o.o., a limited liability company organised under the laws of the Republic of Poland with its registered office at Budowlanych 65, 80-298 Gdańsk. Terms of service
By using qrpark.co you agree to the terms set out below. In these terms, 'we', 'us' or 'QR Park' means QR Management Group Sp. z o.o.; 'platform' means the qrpark.co website and any related apps; 'operator' means the independent parking facility you book through us; 'booking' means the reservation contract you conclude with that operator via our platform. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
QR Park is an online intermediary that connects travellers with independent parking operators near airports. We do not own, operate, or staff any parking facility ourselves. When you confirm a booking through the platform, the resulting contract is between you and the operator you select; QR Park acts solely as the booking facilitator and as the recipient of payment on the operator's behalf. You agree to provide accurate information when booking, to follow the operator's house rules on arrival, and to respect the vehicle, time-window, or service limits attached to the product you booked.
Bookings, prices and payment
Prices shown on listing cards reflect the period you have selected at the time of the quote, including applicable VAT, and are final once confirmed in the booking summary. A booking is concluded once we send you a confirmation email containing the order details and a PDF voucher; please present this voucher (digital or printed) on arrival. Each booking covers one parking space for the dates and product specified, is personal to the named customer, and is non-transferable unless the operator allows otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment service providers; we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
Cancellations and modifications
Each product displays its own cancellation deadline before you book, typically up to 24 hours before your check-in time. Where free cancellation applies, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation request. If your travel plans change, you can also request a date or vehicle modification through the booking management page; the operator may charge a surcharge if the new dates fall in a higher tariff.
Accounts
An account is optional but lets you track upcoming bookings, save vehicles, and request invoices. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. We may suspend or close accounts that are used to abuse the service, attempt fraud, or breach these terms.
Complaints
If something goes wrong with your booking, please contact us first at info@qrpark.co with your booking reference and a short description of the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to give you a final reply within 30 calendar days. If the issue concerns the parking service itself (vehicle handling, transfers, on-site staff), we will forward the complaint to the operator on your behalf and remain copied until it is resolved.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when our service evolves or when a change in the law requires it. Material changes are announced on this page at least 14 days before they take effect; bookings that were already confirmed continue to be governed by the terms in force at the time of booking.
Privacy policy
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679, 'GDPR') and applicable Polish law. The controller of your data is QR Management Group Sp. z o.o., reachable for any privacy matter at info@qrpark.co.
What we collect, why, and on what legal basis
To create and manage a booking we collect your contact details (name, email, phone), travel details (flight number, check-in and check-out times, airport, vehicle make, model and licence plate), and payment confirmation; this is processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, performance of the contract you ask us to enter into. To run an account we additionally process your account preferences and saved vehicles under the same legal basis. To operate the platform safely we collect technical data such as IP address, device, and browser, processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and improving it. Marketing emails and optional analytics cookies are only sent or set with your prior consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share data with
We share your booking details with the parking operator you selected, because they need the information to deliver the service. We use carefully selected processors to run the platform, including hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and customer-support tooling, all of whom act under data-processing agreements that meet GDPR requirements. We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose data to public authorities where Polish law requires it or where it is necessary to defend legal claims.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request corrections or deletion, to ask us to restrict or object to certain types of processing, to withdraw any consent you have given, and to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@qrpark.co; we may ask you to verify your identity before we act. Because we are established in Poland, our lead supervisory authority is the Polish Office for Personal Data Protection — Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your own country of residence; in Sweden this is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).
How long we keep data
Booking and invoicing data is retained for the period required by Polish accounting and tax law, typically five years from the end of the financial year of the transaction. Account data is kept while your account is active and for a short period after closure to handle any post-stay disputes. Technical logs are kept for up to twelve months. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent or after a long period of inactivity, whichever comes first.
Liability
We take reasonable care to keep listing information, prices, and availability accurate, but we cannot warrant that the platform is free from errors or that every page is up to date at every moment. Because QR Park is an intermediary, the parking operator you book with is solely responsible for the parking service itself, including the safekeeping of your vehicle, transfers, and on-site staff conduct. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including consumer-protection rules and liability for personal injury caused by negligence). Subject to that, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of QR Park is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking.
